Turkey Tracker is our interactive Thanksgiving website, now in its third year. This year, we're using our live Thanksgiving day broadcast to raise money for the Oregon Food Bank, by soliciting pledges for each visitor to our site on Thanksgiving, at www.turkeytracker.com/pledge
Our site has always been about using social media technology (Ustream, Twitter, Flickr) to create community around Thanksgiving and connect with far flung friends and family. Expanding this idea to help families in our local community who are hungry just makes the technology that much more gratifying.
